Terms and Conditions of CleanData AI

  1. Service Description
    CleanData AI (cleandataai.io) provides AI-powered data automation tools on a subscription basis. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By subscribing you confirm that you are acting in a professional or business capacity.
  3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
Starter plan: €19/month | Pro plan: €39/month | Business plan: €59/month
All plans include a 1-week free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period
After the trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes
No refunds are issued for partial months already billed
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page

  1. Free Trial

Each user is entitled to one free trial per account
No credit card charge occurs during the trial period
Cancelling before the trial ends results in no charge

  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree NOT to:

Use CleanData AI for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
Process confidential third-party data without proper authorisation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our tools or systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated scripts or bots to access our tools
Resell or redistribute access to our platform

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content, tools, designs, and systems on CleanData AI are the exclusive property of CleanData AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
  2. AI-Generated Results
    Our tools use OpenAI’s GPT-4 technology to process and generate results. CleanData AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. You use results at your own discretion and risk.
  3. Data and Privacy

  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanData AI shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of our service
Inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs
Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

  1. Service Availability
    We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occasionally cause downtime.
  2. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, access to all tools and member pages will be revoked immediately.
  3. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
  4. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email.
